収集するデータ
Data We Collect
当社は、サービスへの登録、注文、お問い合わせ時などに、お客様が自発的に提供するデータを収集します。
We collect data that you voluntarily provide when registering for the Services, placing an order, or making inquiries.
1. お客様が提供するデータ：氏名、電話番号、メールアドレス、郵送先住所、本人確認のための身分証明番号など。
  Data provided by you: Name, phone number, email address, mailing address, identification number for identity verification, etc.
2. 支払いデータ：購入処理に必要なデータ（マスクされたクレジットカード番号や有効期限など）。支払いは第三者の支払いプラットフォームを通じて完了するため、完全なクレジットカード情報は当社には保存されません。
  Payment data: Data necessary to process purchases (such as masked credit card numbers and expiration dates). As payments are completed through third-party payment platforms, full credit card information is not stored by us.
3. 自動収集されるデータ： IPアドレス、ブラウザおよびデバイス情報、オペレーティングシステム、言語設定、位置情報、ログおよび使用データなど。
  Data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device information, operating system, language preferences, location information, log and usage data, etc.
4. ソーシャルログインデータ： FacebookやGoogleなどのアカウントを使用して登録する場合、それらのプロバイダーから受け取るプロフィール情報（氏名、メールアドレス、公開設定された情報など）。

第三者への提供、外国にある第三者への提供および国外保管
Third-Party Disclosures, Foreign Transfers, and Storage Outside Japan
当社は、法令に基づく場合を除き、適用法令により必要とされる同意またはその他の適法な根拠なく個人データを第三者に提供しません。
Except where permitted or required by law, we do not provide personal data to a third party without any consent or other lawful basis required under applicable law.
1. 業務委託先（サービスプロバイダー）：支払い処理、データ分析、メール配信、ホスティング、カスタマーサービス等を当社に代わって行う事業者に、必要な範囲で個人データの取扱いを委託することがあります。当社は、適用法令に従い、必要な契約上および安全管理上の措置を講じます。
  Service providers: We may entrust the handling of personal data, within the necessary scope, to providers that perform payment processing, analytics, email delivery, hosting, customer service, and similar functions on our behalf. We implement appropriate contractual, supervisory, and security measures as required by applicable law.
2. 国外におけるクラウド保管：当社は、Amazon Web Services（AWS）やGoogle Cloud Platform (GCP)等のクラウドサービスを利用して、日本国外を含む場所に個人データを保管することがあります。当該クラウドサービスについては、契約上、クラウド事業者ならびにその従業員および再委託先が個人データの内容にアクセスし、またはこれを取り扱わないこととされ、適切なアクセス制御が実施されています。このような保管は、それ自体として、個人情報保護法上の外国にある第三者への個人データの提供には該当しません。
  Cloud storage outside Japan: We may use cloud services, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), to store personal data in locations that may be outside Japan. Under the applicable contractual and access-control arrangements, the cloud provider and its personnel and subcontractors are not permitted or able to access or otherwise handle the contents of the personal data. Such storage does not, by itself, constitute a provision of personal data to a third party in a foreign country under the APPI.
3. 外国にある別法人への提供： Buyandship Limitedその他日本国外にある別法人がお客様の個人データにアクセスし、またはこれを取り扱う場合、当社は、個人情報保護法第28条その他の適用法令に従い、必要な情報をあらかじめ提供した上で同意を取得する方法、または提供先において日本と同等の保護措置を継続的に確保する体制を整備する方法など、適法な越境移転の仕組みを講じます。
  Transfers to separate entities outside Japan: Where Buyandship Limited or another separate entity outside Japan accesses or otherwise handles personal data, we use a lawful cross-border transfer mechanism in accordance with Article 28 of the APPI and other applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include obtaining consent after providing the required information in advance, or establishing and maintaining a system under which the recipient continuously implements protections equivalent to those required in Japan.

共同利用について
Joint Use of Personal Data
当社は、包括的なグローバルサービスの提供のため、以下の通り個人データを共同利用します。
We will jointly use personal data as follows to provide comprehensive global services:
1. 共同利用するデータの項目：第3項に記載されたデータ

データの安全管理措置

当社は、処理するデータのセキュリティを保護するため、個人情報保護法および所管官庁のガイドラインに基づく厳格な安全管理措置を講じています。業界標準の技術的および組織的なセキュリティ対策を実施し、不正アクセスやデータの漏えい、滅失、またはき損の防止に万全を期します。
To protect the security of the data we process, we implement strict safety management measures based on the APPI and guidelines from competent authorities. We implement industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to ensure the prevention of unauthorized access, leakage, loss, or damage of data.

データの保持
Data Retention
当社は、収集された目的を果たすために必要な期間のみデータを保持します。法令（税務、会計など）により長期間の保持が求められる場合を除き、正当な事業上の必要がなくなったデータは速やかに削除または匿名化します。
We retain data only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. Unless a longer retention period is required by law (such as tax or accounting laws), data that is no longer necessary for legitimate business purposes will be promptly deleted or anonymized.

保有個人データの開示・訂正・利用停止等の権利
Rights to Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, etc. of Retained Personal Data
お客様は、個人情報保護法に基づき、当社が保有するお客様のデータに対して、開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止、および第三者提供の停止を請求する権利を有します。
In accordance with the APPI, you have the right to request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, and suspension of third-party provision of your data retained by us.

データの確認や変更、アカウントの終了をご希望の場合は、アカウント設定から更新いただくか、当社窓口までご連絡ください。法令に従い適切に対応いたします（開示請求等には、所定の管理手数料がかかる場合があります）。
If you wish to confirm or change your data, or terminate your account, please update it from your account settings or contact our inquiry desk. We will respond appropriately in accordance with the law (a prescribed administrative fee may be charged for disclosure requests, etc.).

未成年者の利用

当社は、18歳未満の子供から意図的にデータを収集することはありません。サービスを使用することで、お客様は18歳以上であるか、未成年者の保護者としてその利用に同意しているものとみなします。
We do not intentionally collect data from children under the age of 18. By using the Services, you are deemed to be 18 years of age or older, or consent to its use as the parent or guardian of a minor.
